Coming to us from APay Nordic, a promotion agent of AliPay and WeChat Pay in the Nordics, Justin Lo has now joined Auka full-time as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
What were you doing immediately before you joined Auka?
I worked as B2B Client Sales Executive in Oslo with APay Nordic AS, a pioneering promotion and service agent of Alipay and WeChat Pay in the Nordics.
Apart from that, I was also working as a Personal Trainer in Oslo, helping clients and athletes to achieve their fitness, performance and health goals through motivation and education.

One thing you wish you could tell yourself when you were 18?
Work hard, set goals. You can create your own future.
What advice do you have for others wanting to be a SDR?
Stay professional. “Winging it” is never an option, knowledge is power. Not only is it important to understand the services and products that you are offering, but you also have to truly understand what is needed by your customers and what value you can bring to the “table”. Keep learning, stay focused and never stop challenging yourself.
What are you most excited about in your new role?
The opportunity to work with and learn from an amazing and experienced team. Being able to work with people from different countries and most importantly, helping banks in different countries to succeed with mobile payments.
What’s your best “local” tip for newcomers to Oslo?
Enjoy the winter, embrace the landscape and make trips to the mountains, no better place to be.
